Terms of service
General provisions
These Terms of Service govern the purchase of products through the online store www.moodmad.eu (the “Store”), operated by Paulina Skabickaitė, operating as a sole trader (Individual Activity Certificate No. 1230136), registered address Taikos pr. 85, Kaunas, LT-50439, Lithuania, email moodmadmb@gmail.com (the “Seller”). The buyer may be any legally capable individual or legal entity (the “Buyer”).
Formation of contract
A purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded once the Buyer has completed checkout, paid for the order, and received an order confirmation email from the Seller.
Prices and payment
All prices in the Store are listed in euros. The Seller is not registered as a VAT payer, so the displayed prices are final and no VAT is added. Payment can be made using any method offered by Shopify Payments, which are automatically shown based on the Buyer's location and device.
Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Returns
The process for returning products is set out in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Transfer of ownership and risk
Ownership of the goods and the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the goods are handed over to the delivery provider, or upon collection, depending on the delivery method chosen.
Intellectual property
All content on the Store (design, logo, text, images) belongs to the Seller or is used under a lawful license and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
Liability
The Seller is responsible for the proper quality of the goods and performance of the contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the Buyer or from force majeure circumstances.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, the Buyer is asked to first contact us at moodmadmb@gmail.com. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt), the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), or the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Changes to these terms
The Seller may amend these Terms of Service; the version published at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
