Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Under EU and Lithuanian consumer-protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, and returned in the same condition and configuration in which they were received.

How to return an item

To request a return, email us at moodmadmb@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once confirmed, please send the item back within 14 days of submitting your request.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is paid by the Buyer, except where the return is due to the Seller's fault (e.g. an incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you agree to an alternative method.

Faulty or defective items

If an item has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania's provisions on the quality guarantee of goods — regardless of the 14-day withdrawal period.
